I’m a wife of 12 years & a special needs boy mom. I’m a Certified Reiki Master & Transformation Coach. I'm passionate about utilizing spiritual, holistic modalities to help women transform into their most authentic selves creating a deeper internal connection and the life they deserve. Some areas I deeply enjoy are emotional health & wellness, inner child work, shadow work, boundaries, energetic health & wellness, and our inner Divine.

In 2013, I was introduced to Energy Work as I completed my schooling at Everest in Washington State to become a Massage Therapist. After graduation, I worked for a local spa that furthered my interest and experience in Energy Work with chakra healing, crystals, and wisdom from my amazing fellow Massage Therapists. Although I absolutely loved what I did and how I was able to connect with and help so many people, I had to step away because my body had physically had enough.

The journey since stepping away in 2015 has been crazy & beautiful, but in the last few years, I've found myself in a place longing to connect with and help those who need it. Along my own journey of healing transformation, I’ve had experience with childhood trauma, sexual abuse, addiction, anxiety, & C-PTSD. I want to support you wherever you are in your journey because if you're in the dark, especially alone, it's extremely hard to see any light in the situation and remember just how powerful you really are!
